Chloe Flood

Chloe started her postgraduate working life at a national surveying firm, after gaining a Upper Second Class Honours degree in Law from the University of Lincoln. Looking for a new challenge in a similar field, she has moved to us to help customers on their journey to buying their new home. She has always enjoyed doing what she can to help every customer and is looking forward to doing more of the same in her role at Akers Pritchett.

In her free time she enjoys getting creative and completing craft projects for friends and family. These can range from embroidery and cross-stitch to quilting. She also enjoys supporting her childhood football team despite the rollercoaster of emotions that may bring, going to as many games she can in her spare time.

There’s a reason that James Akers from Akers Pritchett is one of the top brokers in the midlands and that’s because he really does go above and beyond to get the job done. There’s been more occasions than I can count where there’s been complications and I’m convinced there’s no chance of getting a mortgage but somehow he always seems to work a solution. Really great professional guy to deal with and impressive broker !! Highly recommend !!!
