Having been part of the conveyancing team at a local firm of solicitors for a number of years, she decided to take the plunge and move into the mortgage industry in 2018. It was at this point that Nicky, who is an extremely organised person, realised she’d found her true vocation in life – a perfect combination of dealing with people and making lists!

There’s a reason that James Akers from Akers Pritchett is one of the top brokers in the midlands and that’s because he really does go above and beyond to get the job done. There’s been more occasions than I can count where there’s been complications and I’m convinced there’s no chance of getting a mortgage but somehow he always seems to work a solution.
