Born and raised in Scarborough, Vicki swapped the sea air and sound of the waves for a new life in her adopted home of Nottingham. She has a good understanding of the legal side of business, having worked for a local firm of solicitors for six years. Vicki then forged a new career in the financial world in 2018 when she joined a local mortgage brokers practice, where she learned many of her skills that she still uses on a daily basis. Vicki enjoys working for Akers Pritchett due to it being a small team where all the staff get on well. She would describe the friendly team as being ‘flexible, understanding and great at their job’.

In her spare time, Vicki enjoys time with her husband and two children, which usually includes watching her daughter compete in gymnastics and her son play football. If time allows, she spends as much time in the gym as possible.

There’s a reason that James Akers from Akers Pritchett is one of the top brokers in the midlands and that’s because he really does go above and beyond to get the job done. There’s been more occasions than I can count where there’s been complications and I’m convinced there’s no chance of getting a mortgage but somehow he always seems to work a solution. Really great professional guy to deal with and impressive broker !! Highly recommend !!!
